Vista Sonic

The only image I can find of this guitar is this scan from Pearls and Crazy Diamonds

The only information I can find anywhere on this guitar is from Pearls and Crazy Diamonds
It tells us that this is the smallest of all the Burns re-issues and will be launched in 2002. Three Burns tri-sonic pickups and a Burns Classic trem unit as used on the Brian May.
Maybe this guitar was planned but never produced can anyone tell me more? Update March 2017
I have received a note on this guitar from Bill Lovegrove. Bill is an expert on all things Burns so I am sure what he says is correct.

The Vista Sonic was not a special designed guitar. Mark Griffiths had a Strat and was based in Newcastle. He asked JB to do something with the Strat. Jim fitted a new neck and carved the Strat body a bit Bill

September 2017
Bill has sent more information and pictures. The Vista Sonic below belonged to Per Gjorde and is now in the USA
Update June 2021
The USA owner has now been in touch here is what he says
